Clearing, Grubbing, Mulching, & Burning are the initial stages of getting property cleared for construction or to be used as pastureland, field, or farmland. We can get your project to this stage or take it further getting it pad ready.
Clearing
The land development stage of removing the above ground vegetation to earth surface, leaving stumps and topsoils intact.
Grubbing
The land development stage of removing the stumps and larger below ground vegetation growth below earth’s surface. topsoils will be impacted a little with this activity. Depending on the size, use, and location, land disturbance permits may be required for grubbing your property after trees are removed.
Mulching
The land development stage of grinding the vegetation into a mulch product to be either stockpiled or spread into the topsoils. We bring in several different types of equipment if you want your property grubbed and then stumps and remnant vegetations all mulched and ground to return all the available nutrients back to you property.
Burning
The land development stage of eliminating the vegetation by burning. loose vegetation and stumps can be stockpiled and then burned, returning the majority of carbon to the atmosphere for plants to use. Some nutrients and carbon material will remain as ash. We use a couple different types of techniques for efficient and effective burning.
